The free gloves were nice and a good quality as for the rope they took some getting use to. Using them as you would a traditional battle rope was hard. The instructions manual had some great suggestions on how could otherwise be use and it was in doing some of those working I got a better handle of them it also has a bunch of QR code that you can scan that will take you the workout video.
